U7 - U16 Female Competitive Soccer

At CWFC, we're committed to a player pathway from grassroots to the highest levels of sport.

“I aim to inspire young female players to pursue their goals in the sport, just as I did. By fostering a positive and constructive environment, I help them focus, set objectives, and believe in themselves.”

Inspired by Canada Soccer's Women and Girls Strategy, “Close the Gap,” our Girls Development Plus is designed specifically for girls aged 12–16, the most important years for confidence, identity, and long-term participation in sport.

Balanced Development Model

We offer flexible pricing and training options, allowing players to choose their level of commitment and preferred club training day.

The programme includes one club development session and one team training session per week, league competition, and approximately 40 sessions across the season. This balanced structure supports technical growth, team cohesion, leadership, and steady progression without overload, within an environment intentionally designed for girls that prioritizes game-based learning, player autonomy, positive coaching, psychological safety, and clear pathways.

At CWFC, our commitment goes beyond the field. We are increasing female coach representation, strengthening mentorship between age groups, supporting flexible, competitive and social pathways, and building confident female footballers for life
