Calgary West Soccer Club is holder of Canada National Youth Club License, which means that we

are recognized for displaying characteristics and demonstrating behaviours aligned with the highest

expectations of governance, administration, infrastructure, and technical, support their Member

Association and Canada Soccer Pathways and participate in the highest level of competition in Canada;

the Canada Soccer Player Development Program.

The Alberta Youth Soccer League (AYSLIs a partnership between Alberta Soccer, local District Members and Canada Soccer National Youth Club License holders only that is striving to achieve the vision for the league.

Calgary West SC is excited to start it’s route towards the AYSL in 2021/22

which consist of two parts. 


Calgary West SC will be using the 2021 Outdoor season as a preparation phase for the age groups which will enroll into the AYSL first, starting in Indoor 2021/2022 season. The groups are 2007 Girls, 2007 Boys.  Technical Staff will implement a Technical Plan which consists of our own unique Game Model, Principles of Play and Periodization Plan and modern technology to support the appropriate development and preparation of the players for the AYSL competition. 

 

New players will be asked to follow the proper protocols and steps for liability and insurance purposes.

CMSA is holding an open combine on September 11 and 18 as well for all interested 2007 players.
