Game Schedules:
Game schedules for ALL teams are now posted. Check your team game schedules on the CMSA website.
CWSC has input field locations into the CMSA schedule. If you see a COMM field location for any CWSC HOME games, contact Sheralyn at admin@calgarywestsoccer.com
If you see a COMM field location for an AWAY game, you need to contact the coach of the team you are playing.
Coach Contacts - how do you contact the opposing team coach?
All Coach contacts for your division can be found under the Team Officials Area of the CMSA website. Find Calgary West Soccer Club, then click on Score Games, then click on Launch Member Area, then enter your e-mail address and password. If you have never entered the Team Officials area before, click on Don't have a login? Set Up Login and follow instructions. Note if you have entered the area before as a Team Official and you enter the wrong password, it may confuse the system and not let you in - in which case you need to contact Jannis Derry at competitions@calgaryminorsoccer.com

All Home community game field locations can be found on our website under Game Fields - CMSA League. City fields can also be found there through the indicated link.

All Other Rescheduling Requests
All levels of Play - all requests must initially be submitted via email to Jennifer Schofield at rescheduling@calgaryminorsoccer.com stating the reason for the reschedule. (Note: players on vacation and because the coach cannot attend the games is not a valid excuse for rescheduling.) If this initial request is approved, the team requesting the reschedule must follow all of these steps:
1. Contact the opposition team and find out if they will agree to reschedule.
2. Find a new date, time, and suitable field to play this rescheduled game (talk to your club field coordinator).
3. Find an ASA registered and certified referee (and two assistant referee for U16 and U18 Tier I's) who are properly qualified to and is willing to officiate your game. If you want CMSA to find referees for you for a rescheduled game, there will be a $50 fee.
4. Email all of this info (the original game information AND the new game information including referees names) to Jennifer at CMSA. She MUST receive all the information no later than 3 full business days prior to the original game or prior the rescheduled game date (whichever game comes first).
5. If approved, teams will receive a game update email, and the game will be changed on the website schedule. It is NOT approved until the website is changed.
*Note: CMSA CANNOT give you contact information for referees due to our privacy policy (PIPA). We suggest you contact your club or community field and referee coordinator for help with this as most referees that do indoor games also do outdoor games. Also you can talk to the referees at the soccer fields to see if they will do your rescheduled game. Once you have all this information, you must get the other team to confirm it.
TO RECAP: Email all of this info (the original game information AND the new game information including referees names) to Jennifer at CMSA. She MUST receive all the information no later than 3 full business days prior to the original game or prior the rescheduled game date (whichever game comes first). ANY RESCHEDULING REQUESTS OR EMAILS THAT COME IN AFTER THIS DEADLINES WILL NOT BE APPROVED or ENTERTAINED.
