KIDSPORT FUNDING
KidSport Canada provides financial system to families who qualify so that their children can participate in our program. Please click here to go to their website for further information. You need to complete their application form and send it in to us along with the registration, so that the club portion can be completed. CWSC has also put in place an Access Fund and Policy for those needing financial assistance. They can apply to the club for said funds, and are required to adhere to and qualify for all rules set by the club. If you would like to apply for KidSport or CWSC funding, please contact CWSC Administrator so that arrangements can be made.
COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS
All registrants must hold a community membership with one of our partner communities (Arbour Lake, Bowness, Citadel, Hawkwood, Ranchlands, Rocky Ridge, Royal Oak, Scenic Acres, Silver Springs, Tuscany or Valley Ridge). If you don't live in one of these communities, you will need to purchase a CWSC membership.
Existing memberships must be valid to at least March 31, 2012, or they will need to be renewed now.

We prefer that your membership be in place before registering, however, if necessary, you may also purchase a new Community membership or renew your existing one during the registration process (we will forward the funds to the community on your behalf).
Please ensure you know the status of your community membership before proceeding with registration
CWSC will continue to work with communities to support your community association

All registrations must be completed online using our online registration system.
Credit card, INTERAC or cheque:
Cheques will still be accepted, but members are strongly encouraged to utilize the convenience of secure credit card or INTERAC payment.

Existing members should log in to their account, update the community membership information, do up a New Registration for the player(s), and continue all the way through to the Finish button. If personal or emergency contact information needs to be changed, please update the Profiles accordingly.
New CWSC members should click on "Signup as a New Member" and follow through until the Finish button at the end.
On completion, you will receive a system-generated email outlining what needs to be sent in within seven days to complete the registration.
NSF cheques:
NSF cheques will incur a charge of $25
