U8, U10 Tier A/B/C; U12 Tier 1-6; U14 Tier 5 and 6; U16 Tier 6 use community fields See table below for Community fields designations See table below for Community field locations Home team coach needs to assess field conditions, and can decide to call off a game due to poor field conditions. Home coach must contact the visiting team coach before the game. If teams arrive at the field to play, only the assigned referee can then call off the game. Referee decision is final. Note this process does not apply for Inland fields. For Inland Field conditions, check the Blizzard website by 4pm the day of the game on weekdays (M-F) to see if the fields are open or closed. On weekends (S/S) field conditions will be updated by 9 am. If the fields are open, teams must go to the field/game and only the referee can call off the game. |
